About

Galerie Ars Longa, dynamic and contemporary

Specializing in contemporary art, Galerie Ars Longa, located at 2 rue Jaubert in Aix-en-Provence, presents current artistic creation of established and emerging artists, promoting and diffusing them.

In a constant effort to support creation, the gallery produces and finances artists for their work, and regularly collaborates with them on in situ works in the gallery space itself. Committed to its mission of disseminating contemporary art, Galerie Ars Longa hosts a wide range of events: conferences, debates, meetings, artist performances, off-site events, fairs and exhibitions.

The team is made up of Marina Fauvey, Aurélie Agui, Clara Hébert and Andréa Moos. Marina Fauvey is the Fonder, Art Historian and expert in art marketing and distribution. She holds a Master’s degree in Art History from the Université Lumière Lyon III, where she completed her dissertation under the supervision of Annie Claustres. She is currently finalizing a Master’s degree in art marketing and distribution at the Institut des Arts et de la Culture (IESA, Paris).

Aurélie Agui and Clara Hébert are Art Historians and Art Dealer, studying for a Master de Recherche in History of Contemporary Art (Aix-Marseille). Andréa Moos is studying for a Master in Digital Law (Aix-Marseille) and specializing in communications and press relations.

The Galerie Ars Longa brings art and its territory to life in a reality that is lived in the present, through the reflections of the artists with whom it works closely, on political, societal, ecological or aesthetic issues, but also through various initiatives that enable it to continue to distribute the artists it represents. The gallery is a permanent member of Provence Art Contemporain (PAC) network, territorial network of contemporary art in France and of the association La Nuit des Galeries in Aix-en-Provence.
